(생일 선물 늦어서 미안해,   그래도 아예 안 주는 것보다 낫잖아.)  "The company finally apologized,  and while it's better late than never,  the damage is done." (뉴스: 그 회사가 마침내 사과했는데,            늦게라도 해서 다행이긴 하지만 이미            피해는 컸습니다.)
132	Devil's advocate (토론을 위해) 일부러 반대 의견을 내는 사람	가톨릭 교회에서 성인 후보자의 결함을 찾아내는 역할을 하던 '악마의 변호사 (advocatus diaboli)'에서 유래. 토론의 깊이를 더하기 위해 의도적으로 반대하는 사람을 뜻함	I don't actually disagree with you, I'm just playing devil's advocate to see all sides. (실제로 네 말에 반대하는 건 아냐, 그냥  다양한 관점을 보려고 일부러 반대 의견을  내보는 거야.)
